International Women's Day is held in March and evidently the Norfolk Island Branch invited Her Excellency the Governor of Queensland Ms Penelope Wensley AC to Norfolk to celebrate. A number of ladies were invited to Paradise Hotel on Sunday afternoon and the Governor arrived with her husband Mr Stuart McCosker, her Aide de Comp and His Honour Owen Walsh. Her address to the group was informative and interesting. A fascinating lady, I found. Here are pics of some of those present.
